Welcome West Nottingham Academy in Cecil County, to the Best Choice Family

The owner, a retired State Trooper (well known as "Trooper Cooper"), brings over 20 years of leadership experience as a retired Army veteran and certified Master Instructor. He serves as a consultant to the American Automobile Association (AAA) Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. David Stevens, is a retired federal civil service employee and part owner, with years of experience in the information management field and is an active volunteer in the community.

Mr. Mark Stevens (aka Trooper Stevens), is our Senior Instructor and part owner, is a retired State Trooper. He has over 17 years experience with a Fortune 500 company as a safety consultant and brings valuable knowledge in law enforcement and safety.

Mr. Royce Dennis, is prior Air Force and DOD Contractor. He is our newest instructor and owner of Student-Automotive that has teamed with Best Choice Driving School to provide vehicle maintenance and driver safety skills to our students.
